About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Business Development / Revenue Lead who will take full ownership of revenue generation and build a scalable commercial engine across the UK/EU markets. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-scale mandate. You will be responsible for designing and executing a multi-channel revenue system from the ground up - combining outbound sales, inbound acquisition, partnerships, and market presence into a predictable and repeatable growth engine. This role requires someone who has already operated at a high level in fintech or adjacent sectors and is comfortable with: • building structure where none exists • driving revenue in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • owning both strategy and execution without dependency on large teams You will operate in a lean, high-performance environment where expectations are high, resources are focused, and outcomes matter more than processes. From defining go-to-market strategy and closing key deals to hiring and leading teams across regions, you will be directly accountable for revenue performance and commercial scalability. The successful candidate is a hands-on commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with execution intensity - someone who can move seamlessly between closing enterprise deals, building partnerships, and designing systems that scale. As the company grows, you will build and lead a high-performing global revenue organisation, ensuring consistent growth, strong market positioning, and long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Revenue Ownership • Define and execute a group-wide revenue strategy across multiple markets, business units, and growth channels • Build multi-channel acquisition engine (direct sales, inbound, partnerships) • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and KPI frameworks • Identify and unlock new growth channels (partnerships, ecosystems, distribution) Team Leadership & Scaling • Build and lead sales and business development teams across regions • Design org structure, hiring plans, and performance systems • Implement scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting • Mentor team members and continuously improve the team’s commercial performance, deal quality, and execution standards Partnerships & Market Expansion • Build strategic partnerships (consultants, platforms, fintech partners) • Develop partner monetisation models (including referral economics) • Represent the company at industry events and conferences Commercial Execution • Oversee key deals and strategic client relationships • Support closing of complex, high-value opportunities • Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and product

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in partnerships, business development, or affiliate/referral programs • Proven experience building or scaling partner channels • Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue impact • Excellent relationship management and communication skills • Highly organised with the ability to build processes and systems from scratch • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Fluent English is mandatory; Russian language skills are considered a significant advantage.
