About the Role

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on building pipeline, closing deals, and contributing to the company’s commercial expansion. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, working across multiple acquisition channels - outbound, inbound, partnerships, and events - and playing a key role in scaling our revenue engine. This role is suited for someone who is commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle, from first contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and LinkedIn • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → close • Sell fintech solutions (accounts, payments, cards, FX, etc.) • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Pipeline & Execution • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities • Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasting • Work towards and exceed revenue targets Market Engagement • Participate in industry events and conferences across Europe • Support webinars and client-facing presentations • Contribute to personal brand and company visibility Collaboration • Work closely with marketing on inbound leads and campaigns • Collaborate with senior team members on complex deals • Provide market feedback to improve product positioning

Requirements

- 2-5+ years in B2B sales or business development (fintech, SaaS, or financial services preferred) • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Self-starter with high ownership and accountability • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Fluent English is required; Russian is a strong advantage
