About the Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will ensure seamless execution of our payment and card
operations, directly contributing to the reliability and scalability of our services. Working cross-
functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance, you will manage complex operational
flows while supporting innovation in digital payments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and troubleshoot daily settlements, FX, multi-currency payments, card issuances, payouts, and BaaS-related processes.
  • Liaise with partners, clients, and networks as the primary operational contact.
  • Draft technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Prepare internal and regulatory reports.
  • Investigate and resolve operational incidents.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience in fintech, EMIs, or payment institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of payments, e-money, FX, and card program operations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Russian language is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Adaptability in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
